Water service pipe replacement | Shefford, Bedfordshire

On behalf of neighbouring domestic customers

Works:

Relaying 25mm blue polyethylene water supply pipe from meter box at the boundary of the properties to new internal stop cocks inside the kitchens of both properties.

Water service pipe replacement | Kempston, Bedfordshire

On behalf of a domestic client for their existing property

Works:

Relaying a new 25mm polyethylene water supply pipe, approximately 25 metres within the property's private boundary

Sewer Connection | Buckingham, Buckinghamshire

On behalf of a building contractor for a newbuild property

Works:

Foul sewer connection via junction insertion at 2.5 metres deep within the public highway, excavating across the carriageway and footway laying 6" clay drainage pipe.

Sewer connection | Waresley, Cambridgeshire

On behalf of a domestic client for their new build property

Works:

Connect to main public sewer via a junction insertion. Trench across the carriageway and install a plastic manhole @ 1.2m

Replacement Waterpipe via Moling | Hitchin, Hertfordshire

On behalf of a building restoration company for a listed heritage property

Works:

Lay a new 25mm water pipe, via moling, from the boundary box to the point of entry and install an equal tee and stop tap.

Sewer connection | Great Eversden, Cambridgeshire

On behalf of a building contractor for a newbuild property

Works:

Sewer connection by entering and drilling into the manhole in the carriageway. Trenching across the carriageway, at 3m depth from the manhole and rising up to 2.5m and then installing a new concrete manhole at the boundary.

Drainage Alteration | Eaton Socon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire

On behalf of a commercial client for their business premises

Works:

Alteration to existing channel inside the concrete manhole to decrease the radius of the
channel bend. To dig out plastic gully pot and cap off. Renew 24x18 frame and cover.

Sewer Connection | Upper Calecote, Bedfordshire

On behalf of a domestic client for their newbuild property

Works:

Sewer connection via a junction insertion at 1.7m deep, trenching across the carriageway and installing a
new plastic boundary manhole within the site boundary.

This foul water connection required our engineers to work collaboratively with the utility companies to ensure all parties carried out their work under a single road closure, with the approval of Central Bedfordshire Council

Sewer Connection | Ashley, Newmarket

On behalf of a developer

Works:

To excavate and locate the pipe, then connect to the main using clay channel and supersleeve pipe, and then install a concrete manhole, at 2m depth, with a ductile lid. All works were carried out on private land.

Stormwater Connection | Northampton

On behalf of a developer

Works:

Stormwater connection in the highway by way of constructing a new concrete manhole then trenching across the road and footpath, at 3 metres depth, onto the site and installing a hydro break (orifice chamber) to specification then install attenuation crates (Wavin AquaCell cellular storage system with membrane and fleece)

This connection requires a road closure so it has been split into 2 phases. Phase 1: Onsite work, Hydro break and attenuation tank Phase 2: Construction of a new manhole in the highway.

Sewer & Stormwater Connections | Bradwell, Milton Keynes

On behalf of a domestic client

Works:

Correction of previous contractor's work that had not been signed off by the water company

Connect the property, meeting specifications as stipulated by Anglian Water, install an external drop shaft in the existing foul water manhole by core drilling.
Remove and repair work in the stormwater and re-position the boundary manhole

Sewer Connection | Colne, Huntingdon

On behalf of a developer

Works:

To carry out a sewer connection in the highway constructing a new concrete manhole at approx 2.5m depth then trench across the carriageway and the footway onto the private shared driveway, then trench along 28m at 2m to an agreed point where the client installed a concrete manhole. From the boundary, we also laid in the same trench 3 x 32mm water services up to the site area.
